All invoices issued from Act Right Electrical are payment claims made under the Building & Construction Industry Payment Act 2004.

Unless clearly detailed in our quotation, the terms and conditions of Act Right Electrical’s quotation is including, but is not limited to the below listed conditions:

Terms of payment are strictly 7 days net from when work is completed unless stated otherwise on the quotation. Any payments received after this 7 day period or other period stated on your quotation will attract overdue interest to the amount of 2.5% accumulating daily & will be charged.

We reserve the right to withdraw staff from any project in the event payment is not received within the agreed terms.

No variations will be carried out unless prior written notification is received from an authorised representative of your company. Variations do not include retention and are to be paid 50% prior to work starting.

All materials remain the property of Act Right Electrical until payment is received in full.

There is no allowance for any:

  • Surveying
  • RL Levels
  • Compaction
  • Location of existing services, any damage to unmarked existing service to be rectified at others cost
  • Rock excavation or boring
  • Supply of trench sand
  • Compaction testing/certification
  • Reinstatement of concrete, asphalt or other surface material
  • Accommodation, travel unless listed
  • Onsite allowances, redundancy funds, EBA conditions or work outside normal hours

This quotations is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

No back charges are to be deducted from payments without formal, written agreement of both parties.

Electrical plans will override the specification unless specific direction is listed.
